In counselling, we’ll explore the root causes of self-doubt, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build a kinder, more compassionate view of yourself.
GRIEF & LOSS
Grief and loss can feel overwhelming and leave you feeling unsure how to move forward. Everyone’s experience of loss is unique, and there is no “right” way to grieve. In counselling, we’ll create a safe space to process your feelings, explore the impact of your loss, and honour your experience at your own pace. Together, we’ll work on finding ways to cope with the pain, gently rebuild a sense of meaning, and carry your memories with compassion.
